"Hunter is incredibly professional, informed, and friendly. While I was confident my home environment was healthy, as that is a priority for me and my family, I really appreciated the information Hunter provided that I was not equipped to gather myself, particularly as it related to EMF emission and other facts he shared, such as how to tell if your gas stove is efficient or if it’s emitting toxic fumes. Hunter offered a comprehensive follow-up report, and many of the changes he suggested were able to be implemented by me, that same day. I would recommend his services to anyone who wants to ensure that their home - where they spend the most time - is as healthy as it possibly can be."

"Thanks to Hunter for helping us better understand our home's water, air, and
lighting quality. I am very interested in creating a healthy environment for my family. After visiting my home and testing, Hunter provided a thorough report. I appreciated the time he took going over the information and making suggestions on improvements. My
husband and I have purchased air purifiers, amazing new light bulbs with different hues,
and are investing in a reverse osmosis system for our home."

        about us

I am Hunter Babcock, an endurance runner, biohacker, certified radon measurement specialist and entrepreneur based in Minneapolis, MN. I started Hunter's House after realizing just how much our indoor environments shape our health. We spend over 90% of our lives indoors, and the quality of our air, water, and light profoundly impacts our sleep, energy, and overall well-being.

When my wife and I bought our first home in Southwest Minneapolis, I tested our environment and found elevated radon, moisture issues, aging water systems, and less-than-ideal lighting - all common in Minnesota homes. Through extensive research on home environments—including air and water quality, light exposure, EMFs, and chemical contaminants—I transformed our space to support my recovery for marathon training, boost my productivity as a remote worker, create a welcoming environment for social gatherings, and enhance my families overall health and wellness. Now, my mission is to help others optimize their own homes and well-being.
